From the moment I met Pippa and Dale, I fell for their incredibly sweet and genuine natures. They are so clearly in love with each other and they really take care to be kind and warm to all those who cross their paths. They had a very clear vision for the wedding. Something simple, intimate and beautiful with their closest friends and family.
They chose the beautiful Finca Monnaber, nestled high in the Serra de Tramuntana, above one of Mallorca’s most picturesque villages – Fornalutx. The finca is surrounded by an ancient pine forest, terraced hill sides and the tallest mountains on the island. Juan, the current owner of the house, opens his home to a few special events every year. It’s a working finca, so you walk past his sheep dogs on your way in and an old grandfather clocks still ticks away in the main hallway.
Pippa and Dale worked with Nuria from Moments to create a beautiful day, from the gorgeous bouquet and flowers (by Brigitta), the handmade paper for all the stationary and the amazing food (by exclusive catering). Glynis German, celebrant, did another lovely job of creating a funny and personal ceremony for these two. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house!
Grey clouds threatened rain all day but it stayed dry until after the speeches and gave us some of the most beautiful light for portraits.
Pippa and Dale – thank you so much for trusting me with your special day. I wish you both lots of love and happiness! And I hope to see you back in Mallorca soon xx
