A September Wedding at Ses Voltes, Mallorca

In September, I had the joy of photographing a beautiful wedding at Ses Voltes, one of Mallorca’s most timeless rural fincas. Early autumn here brings warm days, long golden evenings, and the kind of soft Mediterranean light that makes natural, candid photography feel effortless. From slow mornings in the finca’s suites to golden-hour portraits among the olive trees, everything about this day felt relaxed, intimate, and full of heart. This wedding is a great example of my half-day wedding package.

Getting Ready:

Danny and Alex began their day relaxed and full of anticipation. From candid moments with their closest friends to quiet reflections before walking down the aisle, these early hours set the tone for a day that was emotional, intimate, and effortlessly beautiful.

Ceremony:

The ceremony took place outdoors, surrounded by the sun-washed stone of Ses Voltes. September in Mallorca is peak golden light season — warm, glowy, and perfect for capturing the emotion of the vows without anything feeling harsh or over-posed. Their guests gathered under open skies as the couple exchanged heartfelt words in the warm afternoon sun.

Golden Hour Portraits:

One of the most magical parts of the day was right after the ceremony. We wandered through the finca’s gardens and olive groves for portraits — letting Danny & Alex naturally interact while the light dipped low and warm. These are the photos that will never feel dated.
