I’ve had an idea bubbling away inside me for a few years now… about creating a space where I can go to feel creative, inspired and connect to my artistic energy. All things Covid really pushed this idea to the front of my mind as I struggled to balance home/personal/work/creative spaces in my house.
So in October 2020 i decided to start converting an out building in the garden into the studio i’d dreamed about!
A limited budget has meant it’s a project of love and imagination, rather than fancy finishes and flourishes. It’s also meant me getting to know how to use a sledge hammer, cement mixer and other DIY tools. And I am totally loving the process!
